Beverly provides parental guidance and helps parents and families cope with children with ADHD, Aspbergers Syndrome and other social and behavioral issues. Beverly has experience working with Grief and Loss as well as attachment and adoption.
Beverly’s practice embodies the principle of living and functioning in the present. Depression results from repressed and unresolved issues from the past and anxiety is often caused from anticipating a negative experience in the unknown future. A daily practice of interupting and replacing negative thought patterns along with identifying triggers that cause a 'replay' of past trauma, will change your brain chemistry to healthier functioning patterns. Beverly practices a strength based approach and balances that with her knowledge and over 20 years experience working with individuals, couples and families.
Beverly is a provider for Regence Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Pacific Source, Medicare, Providence, United Behavioral Health and Optum.
